On behalf of my Mom and family, thanks so much to Home Instead! My Mom had a fall at her home in Vernon before Christmas and needed extensive daily care on short notice. My brother and I live in Vancouver, and we needed more help than our sister in the Okanagan could manage on her own. I reached out to Kim Lepp at Home Instead Vancouver to ask who I could contact for this kind of help in Vernon. Kim was fantastic. She put me in touch with Home Instead Kelowna, who connected me with three absolutely wonderful care aides in Vernon. They read to our Mom, help her with meals, and are very flexible to fill in around when the family can be there. Home Instead are heroes to our family.

Peachy and her wonderful caregiver have been a great support in my health and caregiving needs. They are professional, compassionate, kind, reliable, thrustworthy and give the best care I need. I highly recommend Peachtacular Home Health Care.

I used the concierge service recently to purchase a tool storage item from Canada that was no longer available in the USA or the UK. The item was sourced from a local hardware store for me and delivered to me in the UK, where it arrived promptly, well packed and in good condition.This would not have been possible without Eyes-On-Spaces assistance. Je suis la propriétaire d'un caniche miniature de 9 ans et super enjoué. En août 2020, on lui a diagnostiqué chez le vétérinaire un hernie discal L5. Résultat un repos stricte de 3 mois plus anti-douleur et anti-inflammatoire. Et les pronostiques n'étaient pas vraiment encourageants. Pas besoin de vous dire que j'était découragé de voir mon toutou si peu actif. Une simple marche de quelques mètres était rendu un exploit. En septembre nous avons reçu la visite du Dre April. Wow vraiment la meilleur décision pour mon chien ! Elle est géniale ! En un seul traitement j'ai retrouvé mon petit chien noir avec toute son énergie ! Merci milles fois ! Je la recommande sans aucunes hésitations !

Very impressed by Jeremiah at Home Instead. He took the time to understand our family's needs and found very kind help for my father when he felt alone after the passing of my mother. I very much appreciate Jeremiah's sensitivity to the need for emotional support while enabling my father to live at home independently despite medical challenges.

This business is legit a phony business! This guy had an agreement set up with my mother to come remove rubbish and junk from our backyard, over our embankment, and side yard. Guess what he barely did anything. My parents got ripped off of $750 for this guy to barely haul anything away except a little rubbish and couple mattresses. Then he has the nerve to leave a cover to a tire in my moms front yard that was off of his truck. He barely did any work and barely removed anything from my moms yard. He didn't even remove anything from over the embankment. What a joke! I would never recommend this business to anyone to use. What a absolute phony!
